2 APIs Integrations
We provide two APIs for integration and automation:
1. API to issue ticket
2. API to update verification code
API to Issue Ticket
If you prefer to issue queue numbers from your own system, such as a POS system, you can do so easily. Simply execute this API with your account username and password, and it will instantly generate the next queue number for you. You can then insert the queue number into your own POS receipt or display it on your own screen.
API to Update Appointment Verification Code
If you enable the Appointment Verification function, where customers need to enter a Special Code, like their ID, before they can take a ticket for certain services, you might want to update the code database using the API instead of copying and pasting manually every day. This means you can push all appointment verification codes directly from your booking system to the queue system daily.
